Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace upto 1600ºC & 50 Mpa with 0.5" Graphite Die - OTF-1700X-RHP4

OTF-1700X-RHP4 is a Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace (VRHP or RHP) designed for making dense pallets under vacuum or the protective gas environment. A 15 kW temperature controllable induction heater is integrated into the system, which provides sufficient power for rapidly heating the graphite pressing die up to 1700 ºC. The Induction coil is built inside of stainless steel vacuum chamber. An electric hydraulic press is inserted from the bottom of the chamber, providing up to 5 tons pressing force.

Processing chamber amp; Sealing Flange	、Stainless steel vacuum sealed chamber: 260× 230 × 320 mm (OD × ID × L). 、Flanges on both ends of the chamber.
